Please share and pass this  to all your contact. Today another boy died in Mubai, because he was answering a call while his phone was charging. At that time he had a sudden vibration on his palm to his heart, the palms and some part of his head towards the ear burnt immediately  which caused him bleeding, before he should be rushed to the hospital he gave up.So please dont pick your calls when you are charging your cell phones because if the battery is low to the last bar the radiation is 1000 times stronger which cause same accident.

2014:A Devastating Year For Children-UNICEF Declares

UNICEF  has declared the year 2014 as devastating for children because as many as 15 million children have been caught up in violent conflicts in Central African Republic, Iraq South Sudan, the State of Palestine, Syria and Ukraine including those internally displaced or living as refugees.
A report by New York/Geneva issued to the Ghana News Agency in Accra said Anthony Lake Executive Director, Children have been killed while studying in the classroom and while sleeping in their beds, have been orphaned, kidnapped. tortured, recruited and raped and even sold as slaves.

He said never in recent memory have so many children been subjected to such unspeakable brutality
According to the Director this year has been one of horror, fear and despair for millions of children, as worsening conflicts across the world saw them exposed to extreme violence and its consequences, forcibly recruited and deliberately targeted by warring groups.
Yet many crises no longer capture the world’s attention, warned the children’s agency.
Globally, an estimated 230 million children currently live in countries and areas affected by armed conflicts Sudan, the State of Palestine, Syria and Ukraine.
In 2014, hundreds of children have been kidnapped from their schools or on their way to school. Tens of thousands have been recruited or used by armed forces and groups. Attacks on education and health facilities and use of schools for military purposes have increased in many places.
In the Central African Republic, 2.3 million children are affected by the conflict, up to 10,000 children are believed to have been recruited by armed groups over the last year, and more than 430 children have been killed and maimed – three times as many as in 2013
In Gaza, 54,000 children were left homeless as a result of the 50-day conflict during the summer that also saw 538 children killed, and more than 3,370 injured.
In Syria, with more than 7.3 million children affected by the conflict including 1.7 million child refugees, the United Nations verified at least 35 attacks on schools in the first nine months of the year, which killed 105 children and injured nearly 300 others. In Iraq, where an estimated 2.7 million children are affected by conflict, at least 700 children are believed to have been maimed, killed or even executed this year. In both countries, children have been victims of, witnesses to and even perpetrators of increasingly brutal and extreme violence.
In South Sudan, an estimated 235,000 children under five are suffering from severe acute malnutrition. Almost 750,000 children have been displaced and more than 320,000 are living as refugees. According to UN verified data, more than 600 children have been killed and over 200 maimed this year, and around 12,000 children are now being used by armed forces and groups.
The sheer number of crises in 2014 meant that many were quickly forgotten or captured little attention. Protracted crises in countries like Afghanistan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Nigeria, Pakistan, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen, continued to claim even more young lives and futures.
This year has also posed significant new threats to children’s health and well-being, most notably the Ebola outbreak in Guinea, Liberia, and Sierra Leone, which has left thousands of children orphaned and an estimated 5 million out of school.
Despite the tremendous challenges children have faced in 2014, there has been hope for millions of children affected by conflict and crisis. In the face of access restrictions, insecurity, and funding challenges, humanitarian organizations including UNICEF have worked together to provide life-saving assistance and other critical services like education and emotional support to help children growing up in some of the most dangerous places in the world.
In Central African Republic, a campaign is under way to get 662,000 children back to school as the security situation permits.
Nearly 68 million doses of the oral polio vaccine were delivered to countries in the Middle East to stem a polio outbreak in Iraq and Syria.
In South Sudan, more than 70,000 children were treated for severe malnutrition.
In Ebola-hit countries, work continues to combat the virus in local communities through support for community care centres and Ebola treatment Units; through training of health workers and awareness-raising campaigns to reduce the risks of transmission; and through supporting children orphaned by Ebola.
“It is sadly ironic that in this, the 25th anniversary year of the Convention on the Rights of the Child when we have been able to celebrate so much progress for children globally, the rights of so many millions of other children have been so brutally violated,” said Lake.
“Violence and trauma do more than harm individual children – they undermine the strength of societies. The world can and must do more to make 2015 a much better year for every child. For every child who grows up strong, safe, healthy and educated is a child who can go on to contribute to her own, her family’s, her community’s, her nation’s and, indeed, to our common future.

IMF Helping Ghana clear Ghost Names From Public Pay Roll

The International Monetary Fund (FUND) – which is in talks with the Ghanaian Government for a financial programme – is helping the young oil producer to clear ghost names from its public payroll.

“The IMF team is working with the authorities, and is working with the authorities in several areas including issues related to concrete steps in cleaning up the government payroll…” Deputy Spokesman, Communications Department of the IMF William Murray, revealed at a news conference in Washington Thursday, December 11, 2014.

The Government has been spending about 70 percent of tax revenue in paying public sector workers. That figure was reduced by more than 10 percent recently, according to President John Mahama, after all outstanding payments and arrears relating to the migration of workers onto the single spine salary structure was dealt with.

In July this year, the Controller and Accountant General’s Department (CAGD) announced that it has deleted 3,179 ghost names from public payrolls in the Greater Accra region alone, between April and June.

Also in January this year, Deputy Minister in charge of tertiary education Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa announced that the government had deleted over 2,913 ghost names from the Ghana Education Service’s (GES) payrolls.

In November last year, 1,052 staff of the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital could not be accounted for after a head count.

An additional 60 who were paid through the hospital’s internally generated funds (IGFs) could also not be accounted for.

Of the 1,052 members of staff, 490 belong to other institutions but worked under KBTH, while 84 were newly employed nurses at the hospital.

In March last year, about 1.3 per cent of Ghana’s GDP, translating into over Ghc1 billion, was paid to non-existent public sector employees or ghost workers in 2013, according to analysis done by Dr Joe Abbey, Executive Director of economic think tank Centre for Policy Analysis (CEPA).

Dr Abbey said an average of Ghc100 million was paid to ghost employees every month in 2012.

“The question about ghost or ineligible workers dealt a decisive blow… our estimate was that as much as 1.3 percentage points of our GDP was being lost to these ghost payments and so a billion cedis was the estimate that we saw, like 100 million a month," Dr Abbey noted.

The 2013 budget reported a deficit of 12 percent of GDP.

The public wage bill for 2012 ballooned to 72.3 percent of tax revenue as a result of the implementation of the single spine salary (SSS) structure. It had earlier been estimated at 60.9 percent by the President in November 2012 in the State of the Nation address.

The wage bill constituted 2.7 percent of GDP of the 12.0 Deficit. It translated into 1.91 billion Ghana cedis.

Apart from the IMF helping Ghana to clean up its public sector payroll, the Fund said it is finalising remaining details of the country’s “medium-term reforms, and seeking external financing assurances from bilateral donors and international institutions,” before agreeing a final deal with the West African country about a financial package to assist the world’s largest cocoa producer fix its economy.

“Once this work is completed a financial arrangement to support Ghana's economic program could be agreed at staff level before being proposed for the IMF Executive Board's consideration. Right now, we are still working with Ghana in terms of nailing down details of policies that could be supported by the Fund and its Executive Board,” Murray said.

Economic analysts have raised fear Ghana could be declared highly indebted Poor Country, HIPC as a result of its public debt which currently stands at 70 billion dollars.

God's Face Appears In Waves On UK Coastile

As so called weather bomb continues to batter UK western coasts more and more people could start believing it is all the Almighty’s doing.
Recently an unusual natural phenomenon was spotted near Port Wemyss on the south-western tip of the Scottish island Islay.
The startling picture was taken by Ron Steenvoorden who later posted it to his Twitter and captured it with “Mysterious face spotted in the waves. Face caught in wave on UK coastline #God”

God-like? The wave off the coast of Islay
Could it be a sign of God? Nobody knows for sure but everybody remembers that the bible warns of powerful storms, floods and other chaotic weather during the world’s Last Days.
Phenomenal waves, pummelling winds reaching 100mph, blizzards and rain have hit northern areas of Britain as part of a huge storm system. The “weather bomb” brought hundreds of lightning strikes, temporarily cutting power across the Western Isles.

Explosive cyclogenesis – known colloquially as a “weather bomb” – is when a storm intensifies as the pressure at its centre drops rapidly (by more than 24 millibars in 24 hours).

Sperm Is The Best Indicator Of Good Health

Infertility in men is a sign of other serious health problems – doctors say.
The quality of a man’s sperm is the best indicator of his health a new study has found. Such health problems as high blood pressure, skin and hormone disorders, vascular and heart diseases could mean problems with reproduction and vice versa.

The quality of a man’s sperm is the best indicator of his health
The new study examined the medical records of 9,387 men aged between 30 and 50 between 1994 and 2011 to determine the cause of their infertility. Semen samples, provided by men, were examined and assesed. Such characteristic as volume, concentration and motility were taken into account.
In about half of all the male infertility cases, the problem was abnormal semen while in the rest, the fault lay elsewhere. Almost half (44 per cent) of all the men, whose average age was 38, had some additional health problem besides the fertility problem that brought them to the clinic.

What is even more disturbing is that infertile men die earlier and are more likely to die from heart problems, doctors warned. However, it is not known why there is a such a strong connection between semen defects and seemingly unrelated disorders but doctors are sure that “man’s health is strongly correlated with his semen quality.”

INFORM NG/GH READER:HELP ME MY WIFE CHEATS ON ME WITH A VIBRATOR

wife-using-dildo
I have a very serious problem which has started affecting me psychologically and even my performance at my job.
I have tried to work things out with my wife but it has not yielded any positive result as I am not convinced about the situation. I feel too ashamed to discuss the problem with my pastor and even worse with my mother because I know that will only escalate things. Trust me, I know my mother and mothers generally. As for my friends, I am afraid they might turn around to use it against us and make me the butt of their jokes
My problem started last December, over the festive period to be precise. I caught my wife on our matrimonial bed having se’x with a vib’rator. I almost collapsed because I was shocked beyond what words can describe. I found myself shaking from head to toe, unable to even say anything. I felt so disgusted and sick that I had to rush to the bathroom to splash water over my face to avoid vomiting.
wife using dildo
She must have been so engrossed in what she was doing that she did not even know when I entered our apartment and walked into the room to find her in that position. It was my movement that brought her back to reality. What I found most disturbing at that moment was why she could not wait for me if she was so in need of sex, since I’d called her earlier on that I was on my way home. And though she got up immediately and started pleading with me that it was the devil, I did not bring myself to talk to her until very early in the morning of the next day.
She told me a friend in her office had given it to her to try out and it was her first time of using it. And that she would have told me about it but wanted to try it out first. She mentioned somebody’s name which she said I have never met and pleaded that she would return it and never use it again. She managed to convince me that it was an innocent one-off-thing which I did not need to bother myself about and I accepted.
But it was difficult for me to forget as I kept seeing the picture of her in that position in my head and wondering if it was right for a married, Christian woman to be doing such a thing. To me, it is something made by the Satan for his children.
Later that week, she told me she had returned it and things went back to normal between us but I was surprised to find the instrument again in her underwear drawer by accident. She was not at home, so I took it out and laid it on her side of the bed. As soon as she saw it, she went on her knees again and began to beg me.
She said she did not know how to return the thing since it was a gift and would not want to upset her colleague at the office, nor embarrass herself. She insisted she was not using it and was also scouting for whom she too can give it to.
Since I did not catch her using it, I had no choice but to let it go. However, I was not comfortable and began suspecting her. I later hatched a plan to catch her and before long, it worked. What I saw that evening was worse than the previous one and still haunts me till today.
I’d never seen my wife look that way before even when we are doing it. I was transfixed that I had to hide quietly behind the door way to allow her finish before I opened the door. Immediately my wife went on her knees, begging that it was the devil again.
I refused to talk to her and walked out of the apartment. I just walked round and round the neighbourhood because I felt lost and didn’t know where to go or who to talk to. I felt thoroughly betrayed. I had never looked at another woman in my life, before and even after I met her. I’d never looked at porn magazines or movie, not to talk of having a girlfriend, and worse still, owning a sex toy.
I could only manage to keep my anger for two days as she kept crying and asking for forgiveness, promising never to use it again. I could not bear to see her that way too, so, I insisted she had to tell me the truth.
She then told me that since the matter was no longer a secret, it was better she confessed everything to me. She said the vibrator was hers and she had been using it even before she became a born again Christian, as she was introduced to it while in Secondary school. (A girls only school) I don’t understand the logic, but she said it was a way to show that they did not need male company?
Were they Les’bians?
She insisted they were not. When she became “born again” in the university, she stopped, she said. This was where we met and started first as friends, then I got the message that she was my wife and we eventually got married two years after our service year. She said she was forced to go and buy another vibrator after a discussion with some ladies in her office about how much they enjoyed their sex life and she missed the fun she used to have. She also told me that she does not get satisfaction from what we do together but did not want to hurt my feelings by telling me and begged me to allow her to continue using the thing and that it will not affect what we have together, after all, I never would have guessed it, if I had not caught her using it.
My problem now is that, though I have not caught her again in almost two months, I am still not happy because I know she is doing it and its disgusting to me. Though she says it will not affect us, it is already affecting me because anytime I want to have sex with her, that picture comes to my mind and spoils my mood. I will have to just force myself because I have nowhere else to relieve myself.
My work schedule is very tight as I work in the bank and have to leave home very early in the morning and most times, don’t return home until around 10pm or even later. I am also taking some professional courses, so, that also takes away most of my weekends. But my wife is a teacher, so she has more than enough time on her hands to do all she wants before I return.
Before you ask what I have done to make our love life better, I have tried to do everything she tells me, and though she says she is now enjoying it, I am not convinced. I do not see that look on her face. And it is making me feel inadequate as a husband. We have been married for three years and we are yet to conceive a child and I sometimes wonder if this is her priority. I know what I am facing with my mother and family on that issue alone, not to now add this one to it.
Have I not bitten more than I can chew with this girl? My wife is unfaithful to me and I am powerless to do anything about it. Please, help me.

So three Nigerian guys  Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa were in the jungle and were captured by a wild

See 8 Years Old Snake Girl Who Attracts Crowd And Tourists To Thailand

8 year-old Mai Li Fay, from Bangkok, is far from living the usual life of a girl in her age. Everyday, thousands of people gather to the front of her family’s house to get a chance of seeing and possibly touching the young girl, a gesture which both buddhists and hindu pilgrims seem to perceive as a guarantee of good fortune.
According to the country’s top medical expert, Dr Ping Lao, the young girl suffers a very rare syndrome known as the Serpentosis Malianorcis or Jing Jing’s disease, which gives her lower body a distinct reptilian form and aspect. Only a handful of such cases have been recorded throughout history, so the scientific knowledge accumulated about the pathology is rather limited and there is no cure in sight at the moment.
The Fay family have welcomed the situation brought by Mai Li’s situation with a mix of anguish and excitement, as the never ending lines of tourists and pilgrims have brought the badly impoverished family some substantial revenues and given them an important raise in their social status but cost them there privacy and intimacy.

6 NYSC Members, Including a married woman allegedly caught having group sex in Lagos camp

A married female corps member has been reportedly caught in the act having group sex with five
other corps members in Lagos state National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) orientation camp.
This was disclosed on Sunday, December 7, 2014 by a Twitter user.
According to the source, the unidentified woman cheated on her husband because ‘his penis was small’.
This incident remains unconfirmed. Quite frankly, it sounds improbable.
But, before we dismiss it as an Internet rumour, we have to remember last week’s report of youth corps members being stripped naked by soldiers in Rivers State orientation camp.
It is also pertinent to ask why these youth corps members are seen sitting on the floor and why there appears to be spectators including men in police uniform standing in the crowd? What is really going on? What ”punishment” was metted out in this photo? And most importantly, if the law was followed and the rights of these citizens were not trampled on at the NYSC camp.

Below are the Tweets:
